Service Description
Before discussing your projects in detail, we recommend a brief meeting to ensure that we can genuinely assist you. COMSOL Multiphysics is a powerful simulation tool capable of modeling a wide range of physical and chemical phenomena. However, we acknowledge that no one can know everything, and we are no exception. While we continuously expand our network of consultants, we may not cover every type of simulation. We would rather not take your money if we’re unable to help. That’s why our initial consultation is free. Simply choose a time from our calendar to schedule your meeting. If you are just starting with COMSOL Multiphysics software and want to speed up the learning process, we will ask you about your previous experience and current goals during the first meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All consultations must be booked and confirmed via our online booking system. Once the booking is complete, confirmation will be sent to your email. Payment: Full payment is required when booking to secure your consultation slot. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend the consultation, the payment will not be refunded. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment without penalty if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be a late cancellation. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the consultation without prior cancellation will result in the loss of the consultation fee. Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties, we will reschedule the consultation at no extra cost. If technical issues arise on your end, please inform us as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling options. Refunds: After the cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
